The business plan already treats it this way, and this policy is its formal articulation.
It applies to every engineering, security, privacy, and operations decision at Map.ca, and to every vendor that processes Map.ca data. The downstream policies on security, retention, residency, and incident response inherit from this one.
Requirements

Prohibitions
- Do not treat Platform Integrity as a compliance afterthought.
